APPLICATION Workshop, material and glue temperature: 20°C Wood moisture: 8 - 10% Relative humidity: 60 - 70% Apply adhesive evenly to both surfaces with spray gun Coverage Rate: 6 - 8 m2/Litre Allow adhesive to evaporate until it is no longer tacky to touch Evaporation Time @ 20°C: 5 - 10 minutes Join surfaces before end of open time: Open Time @ 20°C: 10 - 15 minutes Apply as much pressure as possible to obtain optimum bond strength

APPLICATION
Coverage rate, evaporation time, open time and press time are dependant on type of materials to be bonded as well as workshop conditions such as temperature and humidity
Do not use below 10°C as condensed water may form on the adhesive film and prevent bonding
Best results are obtained under the following conditions:
SURFACE PREPARATION
Surfaces to be bonded should be clean and free from oil, dust and other foreign materials. Metal surfaces should be degreased with CONTACT CLEANER - Order item code THINNERS20
